March 4, 2019

Hilary returned from maternity leave this past Sunday, March 3rd!!!!!! Thank you all for being supportive of me and patient with me as I have been helping out in her absence. I have had so much fun interacting with and learning from our congregations' bright and enthusiastic children! Also, I am very grateful to all the parents who helped to teach Sunday School and coordinate various events.

Blessings,
Stasha Lewis

Hello everyone!
It was wonderful to see so many of you this past weekend at church! I look forward to reconnecting with you all soon. I am happy to be back, and Hanna seems to be enjoying her time at WPC so far. And again, an enormous THANK YOU to Stasha for all the incredible work she did while I was away. Read on for this week's CM News!

ATTENTION 6TH GRADE PARENTS!

The Youth Committee will be determining summer service trip dates at their meeting this week, and summer youth activities are open to current 6th (rising 7th) graders, so please fill out the quick survey below. Dawn would like to offer a local summer service trip for our youth while also understanding that summer schedules are tricky. So, first step is to find out your youth's availability for a four day (Thursday - Sunday) weekend in June.

We will stay in Salt Lake (likely at our church), serving at local non-profits, participating in educational modules around cost of living and homelessness, and understanding the needs of our very own city.

What June dates (four day weekends, Thursday - Sunday) would your youth be available?

June 6-9
June 13-16 (we will be done Sunday AM in time to still celebrate Father's Day)
June 20-23
June 27-30

Take 20 seconds to take the quick survey: June Availability Survey for 6th grade parents.
