Office Assistant
Job Summary
The Church Office of Wasatch Presbyterian Church is a fast-paced environment that welcomes many diverse groups of people. The Office Assistant aids in the daily operations of the Church. Responsibilities include answering the phones, greeting visitors, production of monthly newsletter, providing back-up for the Church Business Administrator, word processing, filing, proofreading, distributing mail, and assisting the staff as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Effective Communication Skills
Standard Computer Skills including Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, Publisher)
Basic Office Skills
Self-starter
Hours
20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
Office hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
